Yes, completely. There is no subscription, no setup fee, and no hidden cost for clients or suppliers. Creating an account, sending PCF requests, and responding to them is free for everyone on the platform. Product Ecosystem is powered by CO2 AI and offered as a shared network benefit for the entire supply chain.
Do I need to be a CO2 AI customer to join?
No. Product Ecosystem is open to any company, whether or not you are an existing CO2 AI client. Suppliers in particular can join, receive requests, and submit PCF data without any prior relationship with CO2 AI. If you want to go further, like running your own corporate carbon footprint or deeper decarbonisation analysis, CO2 AI's full platform is available separately.
What if my suppliers have never calculated a PCF before?
That is exactly what SPARC is designed for. SPARC is a free 8-week onboarding programme that guides Tier-1 suppliers through their first product carbon footprint calculation, step by step.
